Use of tools:-

Tables

Create a table of 9×5 rows and columns

• • Fill upper row with black color

  • Type all the data of the table

Shapes

• • Insert one shape called rectangle

  • Then insert two another shapes called flowchart: data

  • Then adjust both shapes rectangle and flowchart: data

  • Then merge all the shapes with the help of group tool

  • To merge the shapes press shift key and select all shape and go to group tool

Shades

• • To shading the tables select one by one row

  • Go design option and shade them grey color

To coloring shapes

• • To colouring the tables select the shapes and go to format and click on shape fill then choose your specific option

  • Select your shapes and fill the color one by one
