Use of tools:-

Text Box:-

Insert 1 text box.

• • Fill the text box with black colour.

  • Increase the size of text box about same size of the blank page.

Smart Art:-

Go insert and open SmartArt.

• • Choses your specific option Vertical Block list.

Add the block list.

• • • Click the SmartArt shape and right click your mouse.

    • You can see more option are display on your on right side.

    • Click on add shape option on your right side go to add shape after a new shape are created in bottom side.

    • Click on new shape and right click your mouse.

    • Click on add shape option on your right side go to add shape above a new shape are created in your right side.

    • Go to design tab and select change colour tool option and choose your colour.
