Counting by cell reference

Function use

Row Function : Row Function is use to return the row number of a reference.

This is an assignment which is based on the cell referencing in which you have to print the counting by using cell reference or function.

Note:- please don't do by the normal dragging system.

Function use for cell reference

=ROW(A1) : This function is use to print row number. this function apply in first cell.

After then drag it

then Second column enter this reference =($A$10 + B1)

$A$10 : Cell address which has 10 number.

B1 : Cell address in which we have to do the function.

Note:-

Applying Function Steps:-

• Select the cell in which you want to perform the function.

• then type function "that is row function"

• after that give the "reference" in row function reference is "A1" then press enter key.

• after applying the function drag it as long as you have.

• After that again select the cell which is on the right of cell 1.

• then type the symbol of "equal" then to select the cell which has 10 number and freeze that cell.

• After that type symbol of "plus" and again select the cell which contain number 1 then press enter key.

• then after apply the function drag it as long as you have.
