Requirement: - Create the same table and format the table Same as given in Picture on MS Word.
Use of tools:-
Table
Draw the table 19 X 7
Divide three tables.
First row Merge all cells.
Last Column increase.
Second row Small bit increase.
Second row merge only 6 cells.
Last column third to four cells is marge.
Apply three times and same process.
Shading
First row shaded Grew color .
Second row Shaded light blue color.
Third row shaded Face color only six cells.
Last column and third cell shaded light green color.
Second Last column, forth to six cells shaded yellow color.
Use of format painter same color fill three tables.
1, 2, and 3 tables are same.
Shapes
Use of Rectangle shape in last column in third cell.
Under the Cell.
Use of Arrow shape.

Step 1. Take 7 Column and 18 Row
Step 2. Marge row one
Step 3. Remove top border of first row
Step 4. Marge second Column till 6 row
Step5. Extend row of 7th
Step 6. Choose the Algerian size and design in phase Problem, phase 1, phase 2, phase3, and criteria.
Step7. Write s.no, names and subjects which you want
Step 8. Fill color which you want
SHADING
Step 1. First row shaded Grew Colour.
Step 2. Second row Shaded light with light blue colour.
Step 3. Third row shaded with Face colour only six cells
Step 4. Last column and third cell shaded light green colour.
Step 5. Second Last column, forth to six cells shaded with yellow colour.
Step 6. Use format painter and fill same colour in other tables.
Step 7. 1, 2, and 3 tables are same.
SHAPES
Step 1. Use of Rectangle shape in last three cells. (Under the cell)
Step2 .Use Arrow to indicate phases.
